Delivery & Shipping FAQ

Is I.D. Required/Necessary To Place and Receive An Order?

Yes. Following British Columbia’s Tobacco and Vapour Products Control Regulation. We require I.D. Verification for any and all orders regardless of the nicotine content of the requested items considered Vapour Products.

⚠️ Please note: If we cannot verify or receive confirmation of age via government-issued I.D. the order will be cancelled.

Where do you deliver?

We currently offer local delivery in select regions of Vancouver Island, including the Greater Victoria and Nanaimo areas.

What are the delivery options?

We offer two local delivery services (available Monday to Friday):
Victoria delivery: Arrives within 1–3 business days, depending on demand and product availability.
Nanaimo delivery: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 3:00 PM, if all items are in stock.

How much does delivery & shipping cost?

Local delivery: $9.99
Shipping across British Columbia: $15 flat rate (free on orders over $200)

What if my ID won’t submit to TokenOfTrust?

If you’re having trouble with TokenOfTrust, you can either cancel the order or email a photo of your ID (with private info covered) showing your photo, name, date of birth, and expiration date clearly.
⚠️ Please note: You’ll still need to show ID at delivery. We cannot leave deliveries unattended. For shipped orders, age verification (19+) and a signature are required on delivery.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery times depend on demand and location:
Nanaimo deliveries start at 3:00 PM daily and can be arranged for a specific time.
– Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.
You can contact us between 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM for delivery updates.

Can I track my order?

Yes — contact us anytime at orders@simatechvapes.com or call (250) 244-3779 for updates.

What happens if I’m not home?

If we can’t reach you during delivery, we’ll contact you to arrange a new delivery time.

Do you offer international shipping?

No — we only ship within British Columbia due to tax laws in regards to product regulations and stamping under the CRA guidelines .

Can I order for in-store pickup?

Yes! You can order ahead and pick up at your preferred location.
Please contact us before ordering to confirm product availability at your chosen store. Valid ID is required for pickup. You can pay in-store or online.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped or gone out for delivery, contact us to make changes or cancel it. If an item is out of stock, we can offer a substitute or place it on backorder.

What is your return & exchange policy?

If you receive a faulty item, contact us the same day and we’ll arrange a return or exchange.
We cannot accept returns on opened items unless we sent the wrong product.
For any concerns, reach out — we’ll do our best to make things right.
